Terms of Use

Effective October 28, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of Agent Doorbell, including its website, Microsoft Teams app, and agent connection. Agent Doorbell is operated by NthPlus (“we”, “us”). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to connect its accounts, Teams conversations, and agent destinations.

What Agent Doorbell does

Agent Doorbell captures permitted data from connected sources, retains messages, applies your named-agent input conditions, and sends selected details to approved webhook or MCP receivers. It also carries agent messages and separately published results. The Teams app receives personal messages and direct @mentions in standard channels, not private or shared channels. Slack capture follows the connected human identity and selected message kinds. Acceptance means Doorbell stored a message; successful delivery means a receiver accepted its notification. Neither means your agent completed a task.

You control source-wide capture and each named address's inputs, shared fields, timing, and receiver. Names route messages within your account; they do not create private access boundaries among your authorized agents. You are responsible for those agents' instructions, permissions, and actions. Agent Doorbell does not operate or supervise them.

Your account and authority

Access is currently by invitation. Keep your sign-in credentials and destination keys secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account or a key has been compromised. Connect only accounts, conversations, and destinations that you are authorized to use. Follow your organization's Microsoft Teams app policies and any applicable rules for the information you route.

Your content and destinations

You retain your rights in the messages and data you provide. You authorize us to receive, store, process, and transmit that data only as needed to provide the configured service, including sending your selected details to the destinations you choose. Do not send information through Agent Doorbell if you lack permission to process or share it with those destinations.

A webhook destination may be operated by another provider, and an MCP inbox may be accessed by an agent you authorize. Their handling of delivered information is your responsibility and may be governed by separate terms. Microsoft Teams and other connected services also have their own terms and availability rules. Agent Doorbell is not a Microsoft product.

Acceptable use

Do not use Agent Doorbell to violate law or another person's rights, probe or bypass service security, interfere with other users, or send malicious content. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect the service, its users, or connected providers.

Availability and changes

Agent Doorbell is a developing service. Features, limits, and supported integrations may change. External services can delay, reject, or stop delivering events, and destinations can fail to accept wakeups. Do not rely on Agent Doorbell as the sole path for urgent, safety-critical, or legally required notices. We will post material changes to these terms on this page and update the effective date; we may also notify you by email.

Privacy, retention, and leaving

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how long we retain it, and how to delete your data. You can pause agent and output deliveries, disconnect sources, erase messages, or delete your account through the dashboard while you have access. Pausing delivery does not stop capture or erase retained messages. Source disconnection blocks further disclosure, but removing an app or deleting your account cannot recall information already delivered to a receiver.
